The Management Structure

The company is organized with a Chief Executive Officer heading the operations of the Limited Liability Company with:

• Board of Directors that oversees the overall running of Waumini Investment Holdings Ltd
• Investment committee to oversee the day to day Management-this includes a team of hired consultants who provide research information required in making investment decisions.
• Administrative/Management/ Support Group working with a team of Area/Regional Agents contracted on commissions as Financial Advisors/Consultants.
• Shareholders who own it.

Management Team:

The Chief Executive Officer - He Is a business owner who has worked in Business Consulting, financial consultancy, marketing, business development and corporate strategy for a number of small and large firms.

Personnel Plan:

Waumini Investment Holdings Ltd started with an initial 3 Administrative/Management staff working with the above teams plus 12 Agents working as Financial Advisors/Consultants. We anticipate growing this number to 120 by the end of the first year even as we establish a branch network on all major towns in Kenya, East and Central Africa. We have established a comprehensive induction training program to ensure we deliver excellent customer services.
